Prepare the Package
Place the unused tools in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the tools, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
